The Role Configuration is automatically generated based on unique combinations of the selected owner columns. For example, if you select “department” and “title”, the role might be: “engineering-senior_engineer”. These columns are displayed and selectable. The Policy Threshold setting can be adjusted.

To setup or adjust the role configuration, navigate to Settings and select the Role Configuration tab. For any changes to take effect, click Save Settings. Use Regenerate Roles after making changes.
